Night Skin Care Basics:  Miniso- 4-Step Skincare Routine

We all love to look pretty and admire good comments about our skin. But with Kathmandu's pollution, its impossible to look pretty if you ride a scotty or are a pedestrian. You know how much dust your skin consumes daily!

As a result you get common skin problems like acne, blemishes, sunburns, dry skin, cracks and much more. And they make life simply miserable. Just a few minutes of skin care tips can help you tackle all of that. You don't even need expensive products.

We all wash our face every morning, but don’t do so at night. This is a blunder. It is important to wash your face and cleanse it well at night. At night, your skin rebuilds itself and dirt won't let your skin balance the pH level. You have to become a skin care enthusiast to make it right.

If you are a beginner and unaware of the products that you will need, here are some products that would cost you less than Rs.3000. 

Step 1

 Olive Oil 

We all struggle to wipe all the makeup.  Looking to remove your makeup in flash? Try using Miniso’s olive oil as a makeup remover. Removing makeup with plant extract oil not only helps to remove impurities and make up but at the same time, they nurture your skin without harm.

Direction

Take needed amount on your palm and gently massage all over your face in circular motions for a few minutes. Place a few drops of oil on cotton pad and swipe it around your eye areas and lips to remove eye make-up and lipstick.

Step 2

Rose Hydrating Toner

I have been using this for past few months. I initially got one from Japan but after Miniso started in Nepal, I started buying it here. It is very mild and gives you maximum hydration. Especially during the summer, your skin gets dehydrated and dry. The toner has rose essence that helps to balance the pH level and leaves the skin hydrated.

Directions

Gently wipe all the oil with rose hydrating toner and cleanse it well in circular motion. Then rinse it with towel soaked in lukewarm water or wipe with a dry towel.

Step 3

Intensive Hydrating Moisturizer

This is the product that I have loved lately. Miniso is a lifesaver. You wouldn't believe, my skin was dry and had lost glow but ever since I used this as a night moisturizer, I wake up to skin that is beautifully fresh and glossy.

The hydrating moisturizer provides a protective seal over the skin, preventing the loss of hydration and allowing the skin to repair firmly. It is enriched with yeast which is very rich in vitamin B that helps healing acne and acne scars.

Directions 

Gently massage your face with the moisturizer in a upward or a circular direction. Massage it for half a minute using your finger tips.

Step 4

 Tea Tree & Lavender Essential Oils

Once we pass the teenage, we notice some fine wrinkles lines under our eyes. There may be many reasons to it: facial movements and expressions, sun exposure, dirt or poor facial skin care but the only way that we can lessen it is by taking proper care.

Tea tree oil has a lot of anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial features that help to fight wrinkle. It supplies the skin with antioxidants and prevents the breakdown.

Another great under eye DIY cream could be lavender essential oil. Lavender is known for slowing aging with its powerful antioxidants properties that helps to drain fluid and puffiness from under the eyes.

Direction

Mix a few drops of tea tree and lavender oil, combine the mixture well and massage it under the eye areas. You can also apply it on to your frown lines, mouth frown and forehead lines.
